Marsh was spotted on a date with former MAFS contestant, Jono Pittman who created controversy last season for his harsh comments towards his TV ‘bride’.

The Daily Telegraph have reported that the pair enjoyed a double date at Melbourne’s Southbank with Michelle’s twin sister Sharon and her partner, Nick Furphy.

“They were on Southbank for drinks, and walking outside Crown. I think that he (Jono) is friends with Nick, Michelle’s twin’s partner,” a Melbourne woman confirmed.

“They were really flirty and all over each other … It definitely looked like a double date.”

When asked about the date by The Daily Telegraph, Jono refused to comment on his new romance.

“I don’t really like being in the spotlight much,” he told the publication.

After news broke of the newfound couple, the Daily Mail spoke to Jono’s former bride, about whom the tradie once uttered “she’s not what I ordered” as she walked down the aisle for their short-lived marriage

“If Michelle and Jono are newly together that’s great and I hope they find happiness in one another,” she said.

“I genuinely wish nothing but happiness for Jono. We were not a good match, however he certainly deserves to find love.”

Clare did not hold back, telling the digital publication that she thinks the whole thing “sounds like a publicity stunt.”

“I highly doubt this is true though since three different friends sent me texts and videos of him hitting on any girl with a pulse at the St Hotel last Sunday,” Clare said.
