She’s the instantly-recognisable face of E! News, but it seems Giuliana Rancic has undergone a total transformation over the years.

A new Instagram photo, posted by the 42-year-old, reveals a very different looking Giuliana posing with her mother.

Seemingly oblivious to the vast difference in her face, the brunette beauty captioned the picture, ‘Doesn’t Mama DePandi look so gorgeous in this pic from my high school graduation.’
