Smiling brightly as she waved to the crowd during a recent public appearance, the Duchess of Cambridge was, as usual, poised to perfection.
However, her dazzling smile and elegant appearance masked a private pain that has left those closest to Kate, including her husband Prince William and brother-in-law Prince Harry, seriously concerned.
Shock eating disorder claims emerged after the US National Enquirer reported that the puzzling bandage on the royal’s left hand during a recent visit to a support centre for abused and traumatised women in Gloucester, UK, was the result of a secret battle with bulimia.
Furthermore, the publication manipulated its imagery of Kate by replacing her head with one from a different photograph, further fuelling William’s anger.
And according to royal insiders, Prince William, 34, is furious at the claims against his wife, especially given the fact that his late mother Princess Diana suffered from the debilitating disease.
‘This is William’s worst nightmare, having grown up with his mum suffering from an eating disorder,’ an exclusive royal insider reveals to New Idea. The scrutiny has angered and upset both him and his brother Prince Harry, 32, given the fact that they are once again reading reports about their family’s health.
