Ever since the creators and stars of Will & Grace reunited for a one-off US election mini-episode, rumours have been swirling the long-running series would return for a full season.
The episode – which encouraged viewers to vote for Hilary Clinton – has been viewed more than 6.5 million times.
And now, Megan Mullally, who played Karen, admits ‘there is a very good chance’ that new episodes ‘might happen’.
According to Megan, Donald Trump’s win in the presidential election means that ‘it couldn’t be a better time’ for the return of a series that included two openly gay principal characters.
Will & Grace originally ran from 1998 to 2006 and Aussie viewers can now stream episodes on Stan.
