Fuming Queen Elizabeth has told her grandson Harry she will NEVER attend his wedding to Meghan Markle – because she’s not fit to be a royal, according to an outrageous report published in the US today.
The flame-haired prince, who has been dating the divorced actress, 35, for almost a year, is said to be just weeks away from popping the question, but it will be without his grandmother’s consent.
“Harry sees the queen’s refusal to give him permission to marry Meghan – a royal tradition – or attend a ceremony as a shocking insult to the woman he loves,” a source close to Harry spilled, according to US publication The Globe.
Adds the source: “Although she loves William’s wife, Kate, who’s also a commoner, and has anointed her to be the next queen, she believes in bloodlines and thinks royals should marry aristocrats.
“Meghan is a divorcee and a commoner.”
Harry, 32, is devoted to Meghan, and has publicly spoken out about their relationship on more than one occasion.
The Suits actress, who has stripped off on screen in steamy scenes for the Netflix drama, was previously married to talent manager Trevor Engelson from 2011 to 2013.
The Palace has yet to respond to The Globe‘s claims.
