They previously couldn’t hide their disdain for one another.
But last night Steve Price and Tziporah Malakh found they had something in common: a mutual love of right-wing politics.
“What do you think of the alt-right movement?” Malakh asked Price during an intense political chat on the set of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!
To which the Sydney based radio host replied, “It’s a bit out there.”
Continuing to debate the state of Australian politics, Malakh stated she was impressed by the success of the One Nation party in the recent election.
“In the alt-right they say things that everyone else is thinking, like Pauline Hanson in a way,” the former model said.
But while he agreed with his co-star, Price explained that he wasn’t convinced the politician could have as much influence in Australia as Donald Trump had seen in the United States.
“Yeah, she’s not sophisticated enough though,” he replied.
To the bemusement of former AFL player Dane Swan, Malakh then asked Price to become her “mentor” whilst in the jungle.
“I was sitting on the edge of that log looking like “Steve the Stooge,” I had no idea what they were talking about,” Swan later confessed to the camera.
“I was a little bit confused at the time because if there was one person in here that I would not like to mentor me, that would be Steve.”
