Tziporah Malkah has publicly spoken about her previous high-profile relationship with Australian billionaire James Packer in a candid interview with A Current Affair.
The 44-year-old, formerly known as Kate Fischer, revealed it took her ‘eight years’ to get over Packer and admitted to fantasising ‘for years’ about rekindling their romance.
She told ACA: ‘I was heartbroken. I was very smitten with him, I was in love with him,’ adding: ‘‘It took me about eight years to get over it…I fantasised for years about us getting back together.’
Tziporah claims James’ work schedules caused her to call off their two-year engagement, with the former model blatantly stating: ‘He was under so much pressure from work and I just refused to marry a credit card.’
The pair dated for five years in the 1990s, before splitting in 1998.
Malkah also spoke about the assault against her ex-boyfriend Guy Vasey.
Claiming to have taken a ‘perfect storm’ of alcohol and prescription drugs, Malkah revealed she is now ashamed of the attack which resulted from an argument about marijuana and a sick cat.
‘I pulled open the bottle of milk, poured it all over his [Mr Vasey’s] McDonald’s and swished it around, and then just in my frustration I cat-scratched him on the face,’ Malkah said.
‘I was like: ‘What have I done?’ I was very, very ashamed and very, very sorry.’
She later pleaded guilty and was charged in a South Australian court, receiving a $1,200 fine without a recorded conviction.
Tziporah’s latest venture, which she states as her ‘new purpose, is raising money for the homeless victims of domestic violence.
