Tziporah Malkah – previously known as Kate Fischer – has entered the jungle on I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! and the former fiancé of James Packer has a lot to say.
When speaking with the Daily Telegraph, the former model and actor opened up about Scientology, a religion she was introduced to by her former partner.
‘I don’t want to get murdered so I would rather not comment about Scientologists,’ Tziporah, 43, revealed, who changed her name after converting to Judaism.
Tziporah entered the jungle last night, alongside male model Kris Smith. Well known for her extensive modelling work, which included five Vogue Australia covers, as well as her acting stints on films Sirens and Blood Surf, ever since her split from James Packer, Tziporah has kept a low profile.
‘I was so muzzled and so intimidated for such a long time,’ Tziporah explains, referring to her time with James, who she dated for five years. ‘He’s going on Mariah’s (Carey) reality show. He is that bloke, really I am the interesting one here. He is just like fiddling around.’
Appearing on the show, Tziporah hopes to raise money for charity, Women’s Housing.
‘I’m doing this to raise money for my charity and also doing it because I’ve never been in an environment where you’ve all got to be team players yet you still want to win,” she said, adding: “And I will lose weight. I am unhealthy, my doctor says I am on the brink of diabetes and my back is going to get very very very sore doing the job that I do if I don’t lose weight. You’ve only got one back.’
