Taking to the social media platform, the mother-of-one looked frail as she addressed her split with ex-boyfriend Patrick Kedemos and the scandals that followed.

After rising to fame on Channel Nine’s social experiment, Tracey has been engulfed in several controversies – including allegations she ran a fraudelent competition and plagiarised content in her books.

It was also claimed earlier this year that she implied she suffered from cervical cancer, when doctors had in fact discovered CIN 3 precancerous cells.

Addressing her ‘mental breakdown’, Tracey says: ‘This all started a few months ago, I’ve been dealing with some quite damaging allegations against me and it’s really pushed me to breaking point.

‘I was already in a vulnerable state and I went back to a man [ex-boyfriend Patrick Kedemos] I knew was toxic for me.

‘That pushed me over the edge and things spiralled out of control from there.’

At the time of her suicide attempt, Tracey revealed she had been left financially stranded in Berlin. Patrick eventually lent Tracey the money she needed to fly home.

‘When all of this happened, I was already in a vulnerable frame of mind, and I just wasn’t able to cope, so I ran away from my problems rather than facing them,’ she explained in the video.

Tracey then specifically addressed the drama surrounding her allegedly fraudulent Malaysian holiday competition and unpaid charity donations.

‘The charities have been paid in full,’ she stated, adding that two missed donations have been refunded and the Malaysian competition ‘has been completed’.

Finishing, Tracey says: ‘Although I’m ashamed with how I’ve handled some things and I’m truly sorry, I’m not ashamed to have gotten some mental health help.’

Tracey explained that ‘it was the best thing I could have done’, adding that her ‘sole focus’ at them moment is getting better.

‘My publicity team have been amazing,’ she concluded. ‘In regards to to the cyber bullying and the trolling that will no longer be tolerated.’
