Hot on the heels of TV reality stars Bella Jakubiak and James Webster’s engagement announcement, it appears there may be another case of cross-pollination between two hit reality shows.
Eagle-eyed fans of My Kitchen Rules 2016 semi-finalist Jordan Bruno and last year’s The Voice winner Alfie Arcuri have picked up on a close bond between the unlikely pair.
The talented lads refer to each other as their ‘pretend husband’ on social media, often posting pics of themselves together on Instagram.
‘Love is love,’ Jordan captioned one photo.
While it appears Alfie and Jordan may be just enjoying some light-hearted banter, their fans have started to wonder if there is more to their friendship than they are admitting.
‘Cute couple,’ one follower wrote. Another commented: ‘Omg I thought this was a relationship announcement post and I was so happy for you!!!’
In the comments, Jordan even went so far as to admit: ‘Mum wants me to marry him.’
While New Idea understands that Alfie lives in Sydney and Jordan is based on the other side of the country in Perth, a long-distance relationship may well be on the cards!
