The Veronicas have taken to Twitter to call out Iggy Azalea for wearing fur.
Jessica and Lisa Origliasso are both animal rights activists, and responded to an MTV tweet asking whether they could take on ‘Team’ singer Azalea in a music battle.
MTV tweeted asking, ‘Can Iggy take on the twins?,’ to which the twins replied, ‘We can take on anyone who thinks skinning an animal and wearing it is ‘fashion’’.
Jessica and Lisa, who are clearly very passionate about animal welfare, have previously worked with charities such as PETA and Sea Shepard.
The tweet comes after Iggy’s already dramatic week. The Australian rapper recently tweeted that she had caught her ex Nick Young cheating on her via security cameras at their home.
Iggy Azalea is yet to respond to the tweet from The Veronicas.
