Married At first Sight’s Andrew reportedly woke up to ‘to find another man in the bed he was sharing with Cheryl Maitland during their Gold Coast home stay’, according to The Daily Telegraph.
The publication also claimed one of Cheryl’s friends ‘pierced’ Andrew in the neck with her high heel the night before.
On Sunday’s night’s episode, both Cheryl and Andrew opted to ‘leave’ their marriage.
“When we re-entered, everything went pear-shaped. I got frustrated that he wasn’t the person that I initially met. I didn’t understand,” said Cheryl to TheFix.
She added: “We would have discussions, and everything would be my fault. I was more than happy to sacrifice a few things that I do to make him a bit more comfortable and happy, but I wasn’t getting anything in return.”
