It’s the AFL event of the year with some of the most glamorous WAGS coming out in full force, but behind the glitz and glamour at the Brownlow Awards there was some many awkward moments most missed.
Held in Melbourne on Monday night, the red carpet was complete with outrageous frocks, awkward moments between some of the biggest celebrity couples, and a romantic kiss that stole the hearts of viewers across Australia.

Chris and Bec Judd’s chilly display
Celebrity power couple Chris and Rebecca Judd were all smiles for the camera, but behind-the-scenes the pair had a very icy demeanour.

The dress everybody’s talking about
While the Brownlow red carpet saw many odd and outrageous frocks, one has everybody talking. 21-year-old WAG Logan Shine raised eyebrows in her over-the-top feathered Con Ilio dress featuring a see-through lace bodice.
Logan’s partner, Western Bulldog’s star Jason Johannisen, also turned heads in his checked suit.



The kiss on everyone’s lips
Hawthorn star Tom Mitchell may have received the coveted Brownlow Medal, it was his stunning girlfriend Hannah Davis who really had the crowd talking.
The blonde beauty planted a passionate kiss on Tom’s cheek after news that he had taken home the AFL’s highest honour.

What’s the hurry Buddy?
Meanwhile, it appeared Sydney Swans star Lance ‘Buddy’ Franklin couldn’t wait to get ahead of wife Jesinta Franklin. The AFL superstar was in a hurry while his model wife continued posing for the cameras.
The stunning blonde flashed a smile while her husband appeared awkwardly beside her.
