We’ve seen plenty of MKR villains over the years, but if the rumours are to be believed, nothing compares to ‘Seafood King’ Josh!
The 25-year-old from Broome – who hits our screens later this week when Group Two premieres – ruffles plenty of feathers on the show, with several contestants slamming him as ‘sexist’, ‘mean’ and the ‘most offensive person I’ve ever met’.
‘Josh is the villain of the series and he’s 110 per cent just horrid,’ says fellow contestant Alyse.
She adds that everyone around the table was ‘shocked’ by things he had to say.
But while Josh is at the centre of many fiery showdowns – with Court, Tully and Alyse regularly going head-to-head with the controversial contestant – he’s not fazed.
‘I don’t really care how I am portrayed, I’m pretty happy with how people see me,’ he says.
‘During our instant restaurant, a lot of the teams were being fake, saying one thing for the cameras, something else in private. So I called them out on it – I hate fake people.’
