Sasha Mielczarek was stoked to have found one of the biggest legends on Australian television while in Canberra.
According to an Instagram post from the Bachelorette star, he was having dinner in Canberra when he bumped into Home and Away’s Ray Meagher who plays Alf Stewart.
Fans of the show flocked Mielczarek’s picture, sharing some of the iconic character’s catch phrases.
‘Oh. My. God. stone the flaming crows Sash!!! Hahahahah (sic),’ said one comment.
Mielczarek was a favourite on The Bachelorette, eventually capturing now radio host Sam Frost’s heart. They are still in a relationship.
Meagher has been on Home and Away since 1988 and remains to be the longest-standing character on the series.
