Now a source reveals to New Idea that this year many of the women vying for Matt’s affection may have had a little help from a cosmetic surgeon to alter their appearance …and some will surprise you!

Dr Anoop Rastogi, a surgeon from Sydney’s Double Bay, calculated the possible cost of the ladies’ collective surgical enhancements.

According to Dr Rastogi, the procedures the girls may have undergone don’t come cheap and together, this year’s bachelorettes could have spent over $87,000 on Botox, breast augmentation, implants, and lip fillers!

VAKOO

While she has been adamant that she’s never undergone any cosmetic procedures and that her good looks are just down to genetics, a former boyfriend of 23-year-old model Vakoo Kauapirura begs to differ. He claims that her boobs are 100 per cent fake and she isn’t being completely honest about what cosmetic procedures she’s had done. Is there something you’re not telling us, Vakoo?

MONIQUE

She has always been naturally beautiful, but lingerie designer Monique Morley, 26, may have sought a little help from cosmetic surgeons in the past. A source claims she’s had a breast augmentation and Botox and Dermal Fillers in her lips and cheeks to smooth out her face. She recently said cosmetic enhancements are necessary, “I don’t think it’s any different to spending a lot on shoes or clothes or wearing makeup.”

RACHAEL

The show’s ‘villain’ apparently has a list of cosmetic procedures to her name and an even bigger bill to go with it! Rachael Arahill has reportedly forked out an estimated $10,000 on her visage – and she’s only 23! She’s changed her look with Botox and fillers, with most of her money spent on her famously plump pout that could even rival fellow villain Jessika Power!

HELENA

She was busted asking for freebies ahead of The Bachelor premiere but it turns out Helena Sauzier, 25, from WA could’ve forked out quite a bit of her own cash to alter her appearance. Helena has apparently undergone a breast augmentation and had Botox on her forehead ahead of her 15 minutes of fame.

CHELSIE

She’s the brainy babe with a career in science to rival the Bachelor himself, but even Chelsie McLeod, 28,

looks to have transformed her appearance ahead of filming. A comparison of her before and after pictures appear to show a plumper pout in her promotion shots.
