As she unearthed a few secrets from the ladies during her time on The Bachelor, you’re forgiven if you thought Matty J’s big sister looked familiar.
Kate Johnson used to date cricket star Andrew Symonds, Sydney Confidentialreport, with their romance featured in headlines before it ended in 2009.
Symonds opened up about their relationship to News Corp at the time of their split.
“It’s not like we’ve got all day to sit at home and try and work out a way to fix things or make things better,” he said.
“You’re always on the go, you’re always moving, you’re not at home to have that personal contact to try and iron the kinks out.”
Kate is now married and a mum to her little boy (who features in uncle Matty J’s Instagram photos) and is expecting her second child.
Symonds welcomed his first child with partner Laura in 2012, the same year he retired from cricket to concentrate on his family.
