With their generous cleavages and pouty lips, it’s no surprise that a fair few have sought the help of cosmetic surgery.
New Idea speaks to plastic surgery expert Nicole Montgomery to find exactly who in the mansion may have indulged in a few tweaks.
Blair

Nicole says:
Her breasts are obvious and she has possibly been under the knife twice to achieve the volume she has. If you go big, you need to often have a two-stage procedure to stretch the skin out.
She appears also to have had botox and fillers.
Fillers to her lips, her cheeks and possibly some jaw enhancement where they inject filler into the chin to help elongate the face. It is highly likely that she has had botox or anti-wrinkle treatments to her forehead. Possibly some skin resurfacing via laser or peels.
Sophie

Nicole says:
Looks totally different. Fillers to her lips, her naso labial folds. Botox to multiple parts of her face.
Definitely had some skin treatments. Her eyebrows are much thicker which can be achieved through eyebrow feathering or microblading. Her face is longer which can only be achieved through enhancing the chin or the forehead.
Her chin was already pronounced and doesn’t require anything, so she may have had a treatment similar to Kim Kardashian where laser hair removal is used to modify the hairline (basically take it further back). This then gives you a longer looking and slimmer appearance in the face.
Dasha

Nicole says:
Obviously her breasts, they look stunning.
I believe she has filler to her naso labial folds to help soften them out. I would even suggest that she has had a rhinoplasty.
Her nose looks thinner and often when people have a rhinoplasty, you notice that the skin between the nose and top of the lip elongates. Basically, there is a bigger gap between her nose and lip.
Dasha has previously been open about the fact she has had a boob job saying she feels ‘perfectly happy’ after the procedure.
Romy

Nicole says:
It certainly looks as though she has had some work done when you compare the two photos.
Her lips are very similar and if they had any enhancement, it would only be minor.
There is possibility of muscle relaxants to the eyes to open them up further and forehead to minimise frown lines. In reality, some of the clinicians that perform these procedures are so good at their job that subtle enhancements are barely noticeable.
Often you just walk away with a fresher looking face, like you have had an amazing sleep and look all refreshed.
Romy has denied having any enhancements.
‘I actually haven’t had any work done! I’m one of the few in the mansion [that hasn’t],’ she has said previously.
