Robert Irwin is getting more and more like his late father, Steve, with fans around the world stunned by the resemblance after the young teen’s appearance on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.
When asked about the resemblance, Robert confessed that animals are ‘in his blood’, explaining, ‘I actually grew up at Australia Zoo. I think I’m the luckiest kid in the world.’
Jimmy was clearly thrilled, saying, ‘It’s so cool to see you like this, you’re actually your dad.’
Watching from afar, sister Bindi wrote on Twitter, ‘Tears in my eyes. So proud of Robert tonight. Robert, you are more and more like Dad every day.’
Mum Terri joined in, posting childhood pictures of Robert and his late father that are so stunningly similar, fans will be lost for words.
‘I found a picture of Steve when he was about the same age as Robert,’ mum wrote. ‘It’s uncanny how much he looks like his dad!’
