Although Sylvia Jeffreys and Peter Stefanovic married just weeks ago, she’s already having to respond to pregnancy rumours!
‘Someone tweeted me this morning and asked me if I’m hiding a baby (bump) because I was wearing a peplum jacket, here we go, it begins!’ she told The Daily Telegraph.
The newlywed is looking forward to celebrating her 31st birthday this Sunday, but says she plans to keep her partying relatively low-key, saying Lisa Wilkinson is her inspiration for sober celebrations.
‘I’ll tell you who is an example — Lisa,’ she said.
‘Lisa doesn’t sleep, she just pushes through every year. She’s not a huge drinker, she stays up and she parties and always looks a million bucks.’
Sylvia and Peter wed in an intimate ceremony in Kangaroo Valley, two hours south of Sydney.
The bride wore custom Rebecca Vallance, and the wedding was attended by a host of Australia media personalities, from Lisa Wilkinson to Richard Wilkins, and former Neighbours star Holly Valance.
The wedding took place at the Ooralba Estate in Kangaroo Valley which can be reserved for $6,500 a night, according to The Daily Telegraph.
