Inspirational power couple Susie Maroney and Perry Cross have ended their relationship after just eight months of marriage, The Gold Coast Bulletin reports.
Speaking with The Sunday Telegraph, the marathon swim champ addressed the split rumours but refrained from revealing further details.
“Perry’s a wonderful inspiration as everyone knows and a beautiful man, but I really don’t want to say anything more at this stage,” she said.

The news comes five months after the 42-year-old cancer survivor opened up about trying for an IVF baby.
“It’s something we both really want to do, because we love each other so much,” she told New Idea.
“I’m really at the age where it’s now or never, with Perry getting older too.”
At the time, the mother-of-three couldn’t help but gush about her quadriplegic partner.
“Once you’re in love, you don’t see them in a chair,” she said.
“Some people might think it’s hard because it’s not their kind of life. But Perry is my best friend and he makes me a better person.”
The couple have enjoyed a whirlwind romance since meeting at a Sydney fundraiser for the Perry Cross Spinal Research foundation in 2014.
They quietly wed on November 15 2016, on the birthday Susie shared with her twin brother Sean, who tragically died in a balcony fall 14 years ago.
