Survivor Australia star David Genat has revealed the terrible toll participating in the reality TV took on his body.
The 39-year-old told The Daily Telegraph that he had to be put on a nutritional after losing 11kg on the show which is filmed in Fiji.

‘I was like a skeleton, man. I’m only just starting to feel normal again,’ said David.
He continued: ‘I’m throwing myself back into fitness so I can get back into work’.
Genat was booted off the show after being blindsided by Pia Miranda and Janine Allis.
But he says it may have been his “overconfidence” that cost him the big prize.
‘I’m an entertainment man and I wanted to make sure that was as interesting as possible,’ he said.
‘To be blindsided means you’re a big player and people recognised that.’
He added: ‘It kind of sucks that recognition came right now, ’cause I had an idol in my bag!’ he told producers as he left the show.’
