They met at a Christmas party thrown by Suki Waterhouse last year in London and were rumoured to have hit it off.
And now, Margot Robbie has spoken about the night she met Prince Harry – including how she mistook the royal for singer Ed Sheeran!
‘I didn’t even know who it was. I’d had a drink or drinks. I thought I was hanging out with Ed Sheeran,’ the actress told The Sun newspaper. ‘I was thinking “Ed’s a really cool guy. I’m going to take some pictures with him.”’
Margot continued, ‘Everyone now thinks if they come on a night out with me in London they’ll bump into Prince Harry.’
The Suicide Squad actress was seen in a now-famous photo booth shot which captures the duo being silly together with other friends.
On that, Margot told US talk show host Jimmy Fallon, ‘When I saw him in those glasses, I was like, “Oh, my God, I didn’t know Ed Sheeran was at the party!” And he got really offended.’
