Sofia Vergara‘s ex-partner, Nick Loeb has accused the star of ‘annoying’ and ‘harassing’ him during their bitter legal battle over two embryos they froze in 2013.
According to Radar Online, the pair are in a legal battle over who owns the embryos and what should happen to them.
Loeb wants to use a surrogate to deliver the embryos and he wants to raise the children on his own.
Vergara, however, says they both signed a contract which states that one of the parents needs the other’s approval before using the embryos.
Loeb’s lawyer insists there’s no contract.
‘The complaint is defective and wholly untenable on so many grounds, it can only be described as a transparent and ill-conceived attempt to annoy and harass Mr. Loeb,’ they wrote.
Sofia is currently married to Joe Manganiello, whom she wed in 2015.
