After months of waiting, Channel Seven has finally confirmed hit drama Wanted will return fora second season.
The thriller premiered in February and followed Lola (Rebecca Gibney) and Chelsea (Geraldine Hakewill) on the run from the law and their past.
Series co-creator, Rebecca, said: ‘We are beyond excited with the commissioning of the second series of Wanted. Geri andI get on like a house on fire so we can’t wait to return to life on the run. She’s the perfect partner in crime.’
Filming begins late next month with further filming and casting announcements to come.
It hasn’t been confirmed if Stephen Peacocke will return to his role of Detective Josh Levine.
