She’s been described by fellow Block judge Neale Whitaker as the ‘original Duracell bunny’ – and it’s hard to disagree!
But the ever-energetic Shaynna Blaze, who’s soon to hit our screens in a new 10-part series Deadline Design, insists she’s ‘no superwoman’. In fact, she admits there are times she wonders how she stays afloat.
‘It now gets to a stage where I just turn and go: “Where am I? What am I meant to be doing?” I don’t know how I juggle it, but it does come down to a really great team at my office,’ says the mother of two grown-up children.
Busy Shaynna has also learned to laugh off any negativity in her life, such as this year’s The Block contestant Carleen labelling her as ‘an absolute bogan from nowhere’.
‘I totally get that [the contestants] are tired, so I don’t take it personally,’ she says.
