However, the happy mum has opened up about the surprising criticism she received on social media during her fourth pregnancy.

Cassie took to Instagram to share her insecurities about her large baby bump

‘Ok, so this pic was never meant to be shared in the public eye,’ she wrote on the couple’s shared Instagram alongside a picture of her showing off her baby bump.

‘However, having viewed the news last night where @reviejane – fitness inspirer for women, was featured defending and fighting against haters who felt it was necessary to make judgement on the the size of her bump, I felt compelled to put all my insecurities aside and share my bare bump in support of this amazing Mum.

‘This pic was was taken in the final days of my pregnancy. Throughout all of my pregnancies I have shown from as early as 5 weeks pregnant. My uterus sits forward which makes for no hiding anything.

Cassie went on to say that she respects all ‘fitness fanatics’ but that people shouldn’t judge others.

‘What I don’t appreciate is when people think that because they live and look a certain way then the rest of the population are below and beneath them if they don’t match up and feel it necessary to pass judgement,’ she said.

‘This kind of pressure on pregnant women or women in general is NOT OK! Pregnancy and women need to be celebrated NOT ridiculed! What we do is a damn miracle [sic].’

Ryan and Cassie also share Ramani – Cassie’s 10-year-old daughter from a previous relationship and 19-year-old daughter Emmerson.

The married couple sadly lost son Dex who was stillborn.
