It was the ugly clash that left viewers reeling – with Michael and Kaitlyn’s vicious slanging match setting tongues wagging around Australia.
Tension between the poorly matched duo erupted suddenly after a number of petty exchanges – leaving viewers stunned that things could escalate so quickly.
‘I don’t care what you f*****g eat!’ Michael eruptively ranted at Kaitlyn, following her stomach-churning breakfast of Red Bull and a creamy bagel.
He then accused US citizen Kaitlyn of marrying her real-life partner Mark for a visa.
‘You work for cash and are probably on benefits, and you’re trying to marry someone to get a green card,’ he raged, in scenes so toxic, social media went into an immediate meltdown.

‘Why would I do that? I live in the best country in the world. I live in the f******g United States of America,’ Kaitlyn responded.
‘F**ck off, I’m f*****g over your head!’ Michael responded.
‘Get out! This is my holiday!’ Kaitlyn ranted – to no avail.
