Having giving birth just over a month ago, Seven Year Switch’s Cassie is getting back into her exercise regime.

The mother-of-four shared a picture of her first workout since giving birth to baby Mena.

‘We so needed this,’ she wrote alongside the image. ‘Mumma’s first day back at exercising with our two mini babes.

‘There is such a feeling of spring in the air and that beach looks stunning! I feel so energised and refreshed and ready to tackle this never ending pile of dirty laundry.

‘I hope you are all out there enjoying this beautiful day too!’
