What a transformation!
Former Seven Year Switch contestant Cass Thisleton has taken to Instagram to flaunt her incredible new figure.
The single mum shared multiple photos, first being a collage of snaps comparing her body two months apart.
“12 MONTHS POSTPARTUM 👊🏼 Just shy of 2 months between pics and super happy with the #progress,” she wrote.
Cass then revealed that she has lost a whopping 25 kilograms in the past 10 months.
The reality TV star went into detail on how she slimmed down, revealing that she is mostly doing cardio workouts and has just started doing body weight workouts.
In between sick kids and illness, her journey hasn’t been easy, but she always keeps going.
“The one thing I have done consistently is regardless of feeling like I’ve failed, I’ve got my head back in the game dusted myself and kept trying,” she said.
The mum-of four also shared a photo of her body from behind, showing off her weight loss progression.
