Connie recently made the heartbreaking decision to end her cancer treatment.

The 40-year-old has been battling the disease on and off since the age of 11, and now, after a double mastectomy and gruelling rounds of chemotherapy and radiation, the side effects have become too much for the brave mum-of-two.

Connie was first diagnosed with bone cancer aged 11 and then went on to discover a tumour in her womb at 22 and was diagnosed with breast cancer seven years ago

Samuel and Connie – who with just one year between them have been inseparable since childhood – co-founded the charity Love Your Sister, which aims to raise money and raise breast cancer awareness.
