Samantha Fox, the former Page 3 model turned eighties pop sensation, claims David Cassidy sexually assaulted her in a bathroom.
The former model and chart-topping singer claims The Partridge Family star, who died earlier this month, forced himself on her when she was just 19 years old.
Fox alleges that incident occurred following a glamour shoot the two did in 1985, where she posed topless.
Fox alleges that after the shoot Cassidy asked her to dinner, as well as her father, and at the restaurant when Fox got up to go to the bathroom Cassidy followed her.
Following her into the bathroom, Cassidy reportedly stuck his hand up her skirt and touched her breast.
Describing him as a ‘first class creep,’ Fox told The Daily Star, ‘It shocked me. I was a huge fan and loved The Partridge Family.’
She said, ‘I had a big poster of David Cassidy on my wall and I used to kiss him every night before going to bed.
‘When he grabbed me and pushed his tongued down my throat, I just kneed him in the b****ks and would still do that today.’
Fox claims the assault occurred in May 1985 after she was asked to appear in the video for his hit single Romance.
