It hasn’t all been roses.

Shooting into the spotlight as Australia’s first Bachelorette hasn’t all been roses for 26-year-old Sam Frost.

Taking to Twitter yesterday Frost shared a defeated post to her bullies.

‘To the fake accounts heavily trolling me online & into my personal life. If you wanted to break me…Congratulations you have won,’ she wrote.

Despite being bullied online, many of her Twitter followers jumped in to praise the radio host.

Former Big Brother Australia contestant Tully Smyth said, ‘You are strong, smart and beautiful.

‘Do not let faceless cowards get inside your head. Switch off for the night. Xxx.’

Another Twitter user wrote: ‘You are beautiful, strong and a successful person. Bullies don’t deserve our time or attention. Sending hugs’.

Earlier this year, Frost wrote an open letter to the bullies, asking them to think about what it would be like if reversed.

‘I don’t think people really understand the impact of it. Young kids and people, including myself get bullied on a daily basis,’ she wrote.

‘For just one moment, think about what it would be like if a bully never left you alone.

‘This bully came into your home, this bully was relentless, on your Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. This bully was with you 24 hours a day.’

‘You have no idea what battles people are facing behind closed doors.

‘Just because you are invisible and silent behind your computer, doesn’t mean those words don’t have an impact.

‘You could ruin their day, their week and even their life.’
