Sam Burgess’ mother Julie has removed a photo from her son’s wedding and replaced it with a photo of herself and three of her grandchildren.
The move from the mother-of-four rugby stars comes after news that Sam had ended his marriage with wife Phoebe.
The NRL star reportedly split from his journalist wife three weeks after the birth of their second child Billy Mark.
On Wednesday January 2, Sam was pictured leaving his marital home with three large suitcases before Phoebe’s mother Sarah Hooke arrived.
Phoebe also hinted at a split after she decided to change her profile photo on Boxing Day.
The original image was from her wedding, but the new photo shows the new mum smiling, solo.
The last time she made the change was two years prior.
