Sad update for Michael Buble’s son Noah

He was diagnosed with cancer in November

Michael Buble’s son Noah is undergoing treatment to shrink his cancerous tumor, with some news outlets reporting he will undergo surgery this month.

The singer and his wife, Luisana Lopilato, made the heartbreaking announcement that their three-year-old had been diagnosed with liver cancer in November.

Poor Noah was believed to be undergoing chemotherapy, though reports suggest this has not been successful enough on its own to beat the cancer.

The Argentinian press is now reporting that Noah has started his treatment to “shrink the cancerous tumour” in the hope it will become small enough to operate on. It’s believed that a biopsy will be carried out following the treatment, and doctors will then decide whether to continue with the course or go ahead with his operation.

Luisana’s older sister Daniela told the press:

“Cancer is a horrible illness but we have faith in Noah being able to overcome this.

“We know he will. The time to start a long and very difficult treatment has come but it’s got to be done. They say children are normally strong to put up with chemotherapy and my nephew is a warrior.”

According to some reports, young Noah has a 90 per cent chance of beating his cancer.

We’re sending love to the family in this difficult time.
