Ryan Reynolds wished his wife Blake Lively a happy birthday through social media today – and she might not ever forgive him for this one.

The Instagram post – which Ryan shared for Blake’s 32nd birthday – started off innocent.

The Detective Pikachu actor left a simple birthday message in the caption:

Ryan also included a gallery of photos of the usually photogenic blonde that didn’t exactly show her in her best light.

The series of “bad pictures” included several of Blake with her eyes closed, face blurred and looking completely unprepared.

Who knew that the statuesque bombshell even had any unflattering photos?

The Gossip Girl actress should’ve seen this one coming.

Last year, she celebrated her husband’s birthday by sharing a photo of him with Ryan Gosling – who is reportedly expecting twins with Eva Mendes – to social media but conveniently cropped his husband out of the image.

All jokes aside, Ryan and Blake – who are already parents to 4-year-old daughter James and 2-year-old Inez – appear to be one of the happier pairings in Hollywood, despite being notoriously private about their family life.

“Having a daughter was a dream come true for me.

“If I could have nine daughters, I would be thrilled. Really, like I genuinely would be.”

Reynolds also described fatherhood as being “the best thing that could ever happen to you”.
