After leaving Woollahra’s Big Mama’s restaurant with her mother Doreen Davis and husband Oliver Curtis, it is alleged the Sweaty Betty PR owner crossed paths with Mr Jacenko and his fashion designer girlfriend Lisa Ho as they left the nearby Moncur Pizza.

However Ms Jacenko has slammed the claims that she approached the couple in a lane between the two eateries and denied accusations she verbally and physically assaulted her father.

A NSW Police spokesperson has confirmed officers are investigating the incident, which is said to have taken place three days in to the trial of Ms Jacenko’s husband Oliver Curtis, who was later found guilty of insider trading.

In a comment to Daily Mail Australia the PR aficionado has refuted the details of the incident stating ‘There is no basis for these allegations. I can only attribute such comments to a sad quest for public notoriety by my father Nick Jacenko and Lisa Ho,’
