The news comes over a month after his production company announced they were suing Ms Robinson for $3 million USD, claiming she binge-watched Netflix shows at work.

A leaked voicemail of Robert De Niro abusing former employee Graham Chase Robinson has now surfaced.

In the voicemail, De Niro tells Ms Robinson that she is a “spoiled brat” who is “f***ing history.”

The 75-year-old can also be heard telling his former assistant, “You f***ing don’t answer my calls? How dare you. You’re about to be fired.”

According to The Daily Mail, Ms Robinson, who became the star’s personal assistant at Canal Productions in 2008, claims the Godfather actor made “sexually-charged comments to her” and gave her “stereotypically female duties.”

What’s more, she claimed he would lash out at her while drunk and accused another male co-worker of making “gratuitous unwanted physical contact.”

The Irishman star had already launched a lawsuit against Ms Robinson for allegedly spending four full days ordering delivery and watching 55 episodes of Friends on the job.

“This lawsuit seeks economic damages from a disloyal employee who, despite being in a trusted position, repeatedly and methodically abused her position to misappropriate her employer’s funds and property for her personal gain,” their filing reads.

De Niro’s company, Canal Productions claims the former employee even stole three million of the actor’s frequent flyer miles while also binge-watching “astounding hours” of Netflix.

A review of the books found that Ms Robinson had allegedly used the company’s credit card to spend tens of thousands of dollars on personal expenses, such as extravagant trips, floral arrangements, iPhones, Uber rides, a Louis Vuitton handbag, dogsitters and pricey dinners.

De Niro’s suit is said to be seeking $3 million USD worth of damages, including repayment of all cash, goods and frequent flyer miles.

However, Robinson claims that suit was filed in retaliation after she made it clear she planned to sue for gender-discrimination and wage violations.

Page Six reported that Ms Robinson she was “forced to resign” as vice president of production and finance in April when ‘suspicions arose’ about her “honesty, integrity, work ethic and motivation.”

According to The Daily Mailher newly filed complaint argues:

“De Niro was enraged at the prospect of Ms Robinson bringing a lawsuit challenging his behavior. So, he retaliated and struck first.”

Ms Robinson’s new discrimination lawsuit states:

“Robert De Niro is someone who has clung to old mores. He does not accept the idea that men should treat women as equals.

“He does not care that gender discrimination in the workplace violates the law. Ms Robinson is a casualty of this attitude.

“Among other things, De Niro would direct Ms. Robinson to scratch his back, button his ties and prod him awake when he was in bed. De Niro also stood idly by while his friend slapped Ms Robinson on her buttocks.”

Despite her high-level position as vice president of production and finance, Ms Robinson reportedly said the Oscar winner treated her as his subpar “office wife.”

According to Page Six Ms Robinson claims De Niro terrorised her with creepy conduct — he “urinated during telephone calls” with her and would greet her wearing only his “pajamas or a bathrobe,” the suit says.

Robinson also alleged that the sexist behaviour stretched beyond his interactions with her, claiming he once called a female business partner a “c–t” and referred to his executive assistants as “the girls.”

The papers also revealed that De Niro “would joke with Ms. Robinson about his Viagra prescription. De Niro smirked to Ms. Robinson about his young paramour, who was around Ms. Robinson’s age,” the suit says.

“De Niro directed Ms. Robinson to imagine him on the toilet. He told Ms. Robinson that doing manual labor would ‘make a man out of you.’ ”
