He was completely blindsided by the news that she’d moved on with a woman, but it seems The Bachelor’s Richie Strahan is still on friendly terms with his ex-girlfriend Alex Nation.
The 32-year-old rope technician has “liked” a sultry snap posted by the young mum on Instagram on Tuesday.
In the pic, the aspiring model can be seen gazing suggestively into the lens, wearing only lacy black lingerie and denim jacket.

Despite their high-profile split, the pair are still following each other on social media, with candid couple photos peppering both of their accounts.
However, Nation is yet to double tap a shot of her former beau since the news of their high-profile split broke.
The 26-year-old shared the saucy photo just hours after she all-but confirmed her new romance with WFL Frankston Bombers team mate, Maegan Luxa.
During a candid conversation about marriage equality on community radio station 88.3 Southern FM yesterday, she shared how her experience on the team has shaped her experience of same sex relationships.
“Before being in a football club I didn’t have any friends that were in relationships with women, I’d never experienced that,” she explained.
“Obviously I had seen it down the street and everything like that but I’d never experienced it first hand with my own friends.”
“Since I have joined the football club, I now have many friends who are in same sex relationships and it opens your eyes to certain little struggles that they go through for women in a couple. At the same time, you see the two of them together and they are exactly the same as you would be [in a heterosexual relationship].”
Meanwhile, a close friend of Richie’s told New Idea that he was left heartbroken by the stunning developments.
“Richie wanted nothing more than to settle down with Alex and her little boy,” the source said.
“He had no idea Alex had already started a relationship with a chick from footy. He still loves her – you can’t just turn real feelings off.”
