Rebecca Gibney announces she'll be reprising iconic role

Rebecca Gibney has just announced she’ll be reprising her one of her most iconic roles ever: Jane Halifax.

Gibney took to Instagram to share the exciting news, with the caption, “Very excited to announce I will be returning to the role of Jane Halifax in 2019. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻”

Gibney played the smart and poised forensic psychiatrist in Halifax f.p. until the series ended in 2002.

Now fans of the original series get to relive the drama all over again with Channel 9 commissioning a mini-series HALIFAX: Retribution, which will commence production in 2019.
