Prince William has hugged a victim of the deadly London apartment fire after visiting the crisis centre last week.
The embrace means the royal, 34, has broken protocol as royal family members are only allowed to shake hands with others.
The woman he hugged was desperately trying to locate her husband who was trapped in an elevator during the fire, which has killed 58 people.
Prince William visited the crisis centre with Queen Elizabeth II, 91, where they both met with survivors and family members of victims.
