Move over William and Harry, there’s a new royal hunk on the scene!

The prince’s cousin – and Princess Margaret’s grandson – Arthur Chatto, may only be 18, but he’s already proving to be quite a heartthrob.

After graduating from Eton Arthur now has plans to study at Edinburgh University.
