With her big day just around the corner, Pippa Middleton has stepped up her fitness regime…big time!
The already fit and slender 33-year-old was pictured leaving her London apartment earlier this week showing off some biceps to rival Madonna!
Pippa has reportedly been hitting the gym hard and sticking to a strict diet in the lead up to her May 20 wedding to James Matthews, with reports emerging about her strict meal plan, called the Sirtfood diet, reports news.com.au.
The Sirtfood diet supposedly works by eating certain foods that active the body’s “skinny gene”.
‘Certain foods contain chemicals called polyphenols that put mild stress on our cells, turning on genes that mimic the effects of fasting and exercise,’ according to the diet’s website.
‘A diet rich in sirtfoods kickstarts weight loss without sacrificing muscle, while maintaining optimal health.’
