But despite his admirable bravado, Carey Hart is not invincible.
The father-of-two has taken to Instagram to show off a horrible injury he sustained recently.
“Not gonna lie. This sh** hurts,” he captioned the gruesome snap of his abdomen, which is missing a large section of skin over a tattoo that formally read ‘Las Vegas.’
“Guess I’m gonna have to claim Las Vega from now on,” he added.
While it’s not disclosed how the 41-year-old obtained the burn, many of his fans were took the opportunity to wish him a speedy recovery.
“Hope you heal fast!” one follower wrote.
“I wish that pain on no one! Get better soon,” penned another.
Some were more concerned with offering their words of wisdom, which include everything from practical advice on dressing wounds to bizarre alternative treatments.
“Next time you get a burn cover it in egg whites!!!” one user suggested.
Hart, who is the long-time love of superstar singer Pink, has since shared a post updating fans on his condition.
“Wifey bamboozled me!!!!! I’m more of a “home medicate” type of person. Today at her tour rehearsals, she had a doctor corner me and check my burn. Happy to report it’s not infected and has started healing. Bad news this photo looks like the beginning of a boy/boy skinamax movie.” He wrote.
