Pink has made a heartbreaking plea to her daredevil husband Carey Hart after his most recent accident, begging him to end his dangerous career for the sake of their marriage and young family.

The motocross champ was left with severe burns to his abdomen, forcing Pink to hire a doctor to care for him.

It’s the latest in a long line of serious injuries – including over 10 spine fractures, as well as broken legs, arms, ribs and tailbone – that have left him close to death.

And while Pink – who shares daughter Willow and son Jameson with Carey – has always supported his career, friends say she’s becoming more and more concerned that her husband’s next big accident could end tragically.

‘Pink has always put on a brave face when it comes to Carey and his motorsport, but the truth is she’s always struggled,’ says a source close to the singer.

‘She’s devastated about this recent accident and just keeps thinking it could’ve been so much worse.

‘It’s now at the point where she’s just waiting for the call that something has gone terribly wrong every time he gets on his bike. She’s constantly on edge. It’s like he’s cheated death so many times, when is his luck going to run out?

‘She begged him: “Don’t leave me, don’t leave us.” Carey’s had a long career – she thinks it’s time for him to call it a day.’

Carey, 41, has made no secret of how close to death he’s come in the past, but says he just can’t give the sport up.

‘I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been laying in the dirt, something broken, bone sticking out, just thinking “Why the f*** do I keep doing this?”’ he told Rolling Stone.

‘But you go to the hospital, you get stitched up, or bolted back together, and you go home and heal, and eventually, you start to forget the injury and start to miss your motorcycle.’
