Four months after her tour in Australia, Pink has cancelled one of her concerts due to an unspecified health issue.
Taking to Instagram in early July, the Try singer revealed that her scheduled show in Bern, Switzerland, wouldn’t go ahead.
“I am so sorry that I have had to cancel my show in Bern this Wednesday,” she wrote.
“I do everything I can to ensure I can perform for you every night, but after consultation with my doctor and exploring all options available, I’ve been advised that I’m unable to continue with the show tomorrow.
“I was looking forward to being with you and making memories with you and sharing our show with you and am so disappointed that we have to cancel.
Pink finished: “Sending love and health to you all, and I really hope to see you again soon.”
The singer didn’t confirm whether her next show, scheduled for Saturday in Copenhagen, would go ahead – leaving fans worried about the fate of the tour.
“I‘m so sad. Get well soon! I hope we will see you soon again in Switzerland!” one wrote in the comments.
“Aww I am so sorry you are unwell,” another added. “We all know you would never cancel a show unless you had to. You are a machine but even machines malfunction and have to be fixed so make sure you give yourself time to recuperate.”
“Prayers up. I hope you feel better soon. Sending you lots of love & healing energy,” a third penned.
The singer’s Summer Carnival Tour kicked off in Sydney in February this year.
Pink visited several cities across Australia, including Newcastle, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Melbourne, Adelaide, and Perth.
Her popularity in Australia is evident, as her 2009 Funhouse tour holds the record for the biggest tour in the country’s history, attracting over 660,000 people.
The Summer Carnival Tour marked her return to the country after a hiatus of almost six years, her last tour being the Beautiful Trauma Tour in 2018.
