Michelle Bridges terrified a generation of reality TV fans in her role as the stern personal trainer on The Biggest Loser, and the Australian star was channelling that energy to great effect, as she pretended to be fierce creature to amuse son Axel, 3, in chilly Sydney.

Rugged up against the cold in a giant puffy jacket that covered most of her body, the star pulled a number of funny faces and made claws with her hands as she played with her child, whose father is her ex Biggest Loser co-star, Steve ‘Commando’ Willis.

Michelle, 48, welcomed her first and only child back in December 2015, and has rarely been apart from the sweet little boy since – changing the life of the star, who only chose to be a mum in later life, after launching a successful health and weight loss empire that took Australia by storm.

‘He’s actually learning to do burpees in the kitchen now!’ Michelle gushed to The Morning Show.

And it seems he’s taking up the fitness habits of his parents, already playing with a tiny exercise ball.

‘I swear, I have never shown him this – he just does it… all the time!’ said Michelle. ‘We are all so used to it that we walk past and go, “Jeez, he’s still going? I’ve just done a load of washing and hung it out, and he’s still there!”‘

Fitness guru Michelle says that motherhood has shifted her perspectives since the reality show that made her famous was canned.

‘I feel a responsibility for the next generation and what I’m going to offer,’ she says. ‘There’s a lot of work to be done, but it’s exciting work and it’s work worth doing.’

Still remarkably youthful, inspiring Michelle is amazingly fit and trim. But she has declined to comment on speculation of cosmetic work.

However others have implied she may possibly have had some help to look so good.

Cosmetic surgeon Dr Randal Haworth – who has not treated Michelle – suggested she may have displayed evidence of ‘an enthusiastic use of fillers and Botox.’

On the subject of Botox, Michelle has said the following: ‘I am a fan of anything that makes a person feel good about themselves and more confident’.

Right on, Michelle!

Whether the star will have another child with Survivor star Steve Willis remains to be seen, but it looks like the star is having plenty of fun in the meantime.
