Peter Helliar and Kat Stewart stole the show at the 59th Logie Awards when the stepped out in matching fuchsia outfits.
Making light of ‘jacketgate’, involving Amber Sherlock and Julie Snook’s infamous on-air incident, the pair jokingly took swipes at one another for their matching outfits.
‘I’m sorry, I’m sorry, you need to change, can we get wardrobe?’ Helliar said. ‘I asked you two hours ago, I asked you specifically not to wear fuchsia. You need to put a jacket on.’
Stewart responded: ‘I’ve been flat out, I haven’t had time. I told you two-and-a-half hours ago we can’t both wear fuchsia, it looks like we are trying to land aircraft.’
After some back-and-forth, Helliar suggested Stewart wear a poncho to hide her gown.
‘Why can’t you wear it?’ Stewart asked.
Helliar replied: ‘I’m nominated for a Gold Logie, Kat.’
‘But you’re not going to win,’ she quipped.
Helliar took to Twitter later on to thank Sherlock for being a ‘good sport’.
