She left her native Australia on February 8 after spending over a month with her family enjoying the summer sun Down Under.
But Nicole Kidman had some very important people to see before jetting off – the patients of Sydney Children’s Hospital.
The Oscar-winning actress and her country singer husband Keith Urban stopped by the Randwick facility to spend time with patient Kayla and other kids.
Nicole donned a white embroidered maxi-dress and wore her dyed blonde locks in a low ponytail with a centre parting.
Inside the neonatal unit, the mother-of-four looked visibly moved by the plight of the tiny patients.
The 51-year-old actress shares two adopted children with ex-husband Tom Cruise, 26-year-old Isabella and 24-year-old Connor.
She is also mum to biological daughters Sunday Rose, 10, and Faith Margaret, 8, with long-time love Keith.
Taking to her Instagram stories, Nicole shared two sweet snaps from the visit showing the famous couple with patients Ollie and Jessica.
She also posted a call out to her 3.5 million followers encouraging them to support the facility.
‘@SydneyKids is doing such great and important work – swipe up to donate and support,’ she wrote, adding a donation link at the bottom of the screen.
