Nicki Minaj and Meek Mills have officially split.
The 34-year-old star broke the news in a tweet on Thursday, posting: “To confirm, yes I am single. Focusing on my work and looking forward to sharing it with you guys really soon. Have a blessed New Year. Love u.”
Last month, rumours of the couple’s split were rife, with Meek briefly deleting his Instagram account. At the same time, Nicki also began posting cryptic messages hinting that the relationship was over.
This included a quote that read: “Your value doesn’t decrease based on someone’s inability to see your worth”.
Despite multiple engagement rumours, the couple reportedly denied having any wedding plans.
“We’re just taking it one step at a time,” she told Nylon. “And, you know, if that happens, if I get married, then I’ll have a child and that’ll be fun because I can’t wait to hold my baby.”
